Refunds

If you are missing an item from your order or any items are deemed to be faulty or incorrect, we will at the discression of X-Press It Australia either arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

Where goods are claimed to be faulty or incorrect, a return authorisation number is required. Stock cannot be returned without prior approval (including defective goods). Returns approval requests will only be processed if sought within 10 days of the date on invoice and all returns must have an approved return authorization number from X-Press It Australia prior to being returned (to report a return and obtain a return authorization number email [email protected]). Where approval is granted, stock must be returned in salable condition, in original packaging and with no markings.

Where a refund is provided, funds will be returned onto the credit card for which payment was made in the original transaction.
